Kenai Peninsula Wedding & Special Event Expo
Sunday - March 3, 2013, 11 am – 4 pm
With so many ways to celebrate special events like marriage, we want to help Alaskans to have their special day wrapped in a style that reflects their own. The Kenai Peninsula Wedding & Special Event Expo is full of great idea starters, tips and demonstrations to help brides, grooms, families and businesses plan all aspects of their special event. Attendees will be able to shop vendors for related products and services.

As a Vendor you receive:
On site:
• Use of a 6’ x 8’ space with a 2’ x 8’ skirted table and two padded chairs

Advertising:
• Promotion of the event with a radio schedule airing for 4 weeks prior to the event on a variety of networks.
• Inclusion in the KP Wedding & Special Event Guide distributed at the Expo
• Each Vendor with storefronts will receive a poster(s) advertising this event.

Database:
• Each Vendor is given the opportunity to use the Kenai Peninsula Wedding & Special Event Expo 2013 database for his/her business advertising mailings or emailing. This list is compiled from the grand prize giveaway, the registration forms, and at the sign up at the information & registration desk at the event.

Vendor Spaces are awarded on a first come first serve payment basis. We will only allow a maximum of 5 vendors in each category (for example, but not limited to: caterers, photographers, DJs, bakers, wedding attire, florists, event planners & organizers, event locations, honeymoons, beauty services, jewelers, etc).

We are offering $109 Starboard Bay 2 room Suite for vendors who would like overnight accommodations. We also have an exclusive rate with ERA Alaska for $179 RT per person from Anchorage to Homer. We need 48 hours to arrange ERA tickets so please request in advance. Must have a booked room at Land’s End to qualify for this special rate.

Booth set up on Saturday 3/2/13 upon request and Sunday 3/3/13, between 7:00 am and 10:30 am
