Take a guided ride down to the shores of Resurrection Bay on trails accessible by horseback only. View nesting Bald Eagles and enjoy the beautiful blooming wild flowers of this spectacular valley. Enjoy the Kenai Peninsula’s beautiful mountain ranges, meadows and river basins on horseback. Your guide explore some of the most scenic Alaskan landscape imaginable accessible by horseback. View bald eagles up close, see where they nest and watch them feed. You will ride through part of the old town of Seward that was destroyed by the 1964 earthquake. Your guide will educate you about the many local stories of people who lived in old town and what is was like to experience the largest recorded earthquake in history. Then ride down through the meadows where wild flowers meet the sea.

Kenai

Adventure the enormous wild landscape of Cooper Landing & Federal Moose Reserve. You and your guide will explore mountain trails of the Historic Kenai Peninsula. If you enjoy wilderness horseback adventures you are in the perfect location. The Cooper Landing Valley and surrounding mountain ranges provide amazing views of the Kenai River wilderness. You can view Dall Sheep on the rock wall above as you ride along the base of Mt. Langille. Enjoy a day ride through Chugach National Forest either to Crescent Lake where you can fish for grayling or travel the famous Resurrection trail to Juneau Lake with a stop at Juneau falls.
We recommend you carry a daypack with sun tan lotion, camera, binocular, light rain gear snacks, bottled water, gloves, hat and first aid kit.
